Studio5 is a small private studio nestled in a Cincinnati suburb, just off Wooster Pike.  We offer Yoga & Mindfulness classes for all ages and stages of life. It is our goal to share our love of Yoga & Mindfulness with anyone who has ever wanted to try Yoga or anyone who is looking to grow & improve their own practice in a quiet, off the grid setting.

We are a casual, open-minded & open-hearted studio.

Owner + INSTRUCTOR

It was never my intent to become a yoga instructor nor to open a studio. It was a personal injury that brought me to my mat and the sense of calm and ease I experienced each time I left a yoga class only made me want to go back for more. With time, my flexibility and strength improved dramatically as did my love for yoga. It is because of this love and its profound impact on my life, that I open the doors of Studio5 and hope to share its light with all of you. 

I believe you do not need to be flexible to do yoga, nor do you need to have the perfect yoga outfit. Whether you are just trying yoga for the first time or looking to deepen your practice, yoga is a process that offers a place for self-focus and self-care so that you can be your best.

Leah Wuchnick

INSTRUCTOR

Leah has practiced yoga for more than 10 years with experience ranging from prenatal to yin to ashtanga yoga. Leah received her 200hr RYT Yoga Alliance certification in the fall of 2016 while pregnant with her first child. After taking time off to care for her daughter, Leah is ready to share her love of yoga and her deep knowledge and experience with all of you. Leah is passionate about education and also substitute teaches school aged children (Grades k-12) in the surrounding school districts. When not spending time with family or on her yoga mat, Leah can be found walking her 2 fogs, reading a good book or eating out at local restaurants.

Sheri Mitchell

INSTRUCTOR

Sheri began practicing yoga 13 years ago while she was pregnant with her second child. Looking for something to relieve the tightness in her upper back, Sheri discovered yoga. After her daughter was born Sheri continued with her practice and eventually sought out and received her 200hr RYT Yoga Alliance certification in May of 2015. While not immediately planning to teach yoga, Sheri soon found herself in front of classes and quickly discovered how much she enjoyed guiding students in their practice.

“It is such a pleasure seeing people progress through their practices and really discovering the full benefits of yoga. There is definitely a greater force out there leading us on our path and often you find out the journey is completely different than what you might have expected!”
